Claire Parry
Clown Gym
Time to flex your muscles and get playing in the weekly Clown Gyms!
Join Claire Parry to train that clowning muscle in a low-pressure, joy-filled space of connection and exploration.
We will be:
Finding the game
Cultivating play and listening
Getting up and improvising
EMBRACING FAILURE!
This is a two-hour weekly session for four weeks - we recommend you attend all four sessions if you can so that your practice can build over the full course, as well as your relationship with the ensemble. This course is for emerging and mid-career theatremakers/performers who wish to develop their craft with clowning tools, but specific clowning experience is not necessary. All you need is to be ready to get up and play!
No red noses necessary.
