Our values

SCRUM is a theatre company which makes excellent, accessible performances in innovative defiance of the arts crisis.

To make truly alive theatre, we believe that how we make is as important as what we make. We create the ecosystem around our performances to future-proof the next generation of brilliant British theatre, through providing space, training, and community.
