Fresh Ink: Young Writers Lab is a brand new programme from SCRUM Theatre for young people ready to find their voice, get in the room and make some noise on the page.

Got a young person in your life aged 13–16 who won't stop telling stories? Good. We're ready for them! 

Over two weeks, 20 young people from across Hammersmith & Fulham will come into the lab to play, write and make something entirely their own, ending in a showcase of brand new work.

They'll also get:

  • Ongoing mentoring and creative support

  • Exclusive workshops and ticket offers from London theatres

  • The chance to continue their journey with our Autumn Writers' Lab in October

  • Plus some VERY special guests — watch this space!

Summer Young Writers Lab
